  1. «burro concept» - Focaccia Comeback


Until July 12, 2025, the Poolbar at Hotel Helvetia transforms into a summery focacceria pop-up by burro concept. Known for their cult-favorite focaccia sandwiches, Virginia and Giuseppe bring Italian soul to the Sihl with seasonal, high-quality ingredients. Expect creations like stracciatella with prosciutto or ricotta with mortadella, served Thursday to Saturday for lunch. A taste of dolce vita right in the heart of Zurich.
