About the event
Welcome to The Butter Club – an evening of hands-on making, good food, and even better company.
Join us at the beautiful French Bistrot Mont Martre in Zurich for a special collaboration with Butteria, where everything revolves around one thing: butter.
We’ll start with a little theory – you’ll learn how real butter is made, what makes it so special, and why it tastes different when it’s done right. Then, it’s your turn: roll up your sleeves and create your own butter from scratch.
After the workshop, we’ll gather around a beautifully set table featuring a bread-and-butter installation by Eve Nguyen to enjoy a comforting buttery pasta dinner, paired with an aperitif and wine from The Bottle Shop. And the butter you’ve made? That’s yours to take home – a creamy souvenir from a cozy evening you won’t forget.
