Fresh Pasta Workshop & Dinner
An evening where people come together to learn the simple art of making fresh pasta, followed by a relaxed dinner at Restaurant Commihalle. The atmosphere is casual, social, and fun – perfect for beginners who want to try something new and share a meal they’ve created with their own hands.
Led by Host Laura Micheli, the workshop will guide you step by step:
Making Pasta Dough – Quick demo from Laura, then hands-on practice
Shaping Pasta – Roll, cut, and form your own creations
Filling Ravioli – Learn how to put together delicious fillings
After the workshop, we’ll gather around a long shared table for a communal dinner featuring:
