Join us for a cozy night of creativity and flavor as we bring together two perfect companions—cheese and wine.
Led by Lina from Queso y Tabla, you’ll learn the art of assembling a beautiful, balanced cheese & charcuterie board: from selecting the right mix of cheeses and seasonal accompaniments to styling and presentation tips that make your board as stunning as it is delicious. Lina will share her expertise on textures, flavors, and pairings so you can create a board that reflects your own taste.
Throughout the evening, enjoy perfectly matched pours from The Bottle Shop, served in their intimate wine bar. Each wine is carefully chosen to highlight the character of the cheeses you select, turning every bite and sip into a discovery of flavor.
The atmosphere will be warm and social—ideal whether you come with friends, a partner, or on your own to meet fellow cheese and wine lovers.
At the end of the workshop, you’ll take home your beautifully arranged creation on a stylish Micasa board, ready to impress guests or enjoy later.
